18:08 thanks to videos from people like Mehdi, photonicinduction and others, I didn’t start playing around with genuinely dangerous things like microwave oven transformers until I really knew what I was doing and had plenty of warm-up projects to build my competence and confidence. I think videos that show the scary, dangerous side of electricity do a great service to plenty of noobies interested in the subject.

I think they are both right on their own definition too, just like when we programmers code a "theoric function", I mean a pure software function, and then we apply it to a robot, for example, not always if not never the code works the same way and it doesn't mean that is wrong, just it is a different perspective, different circumstances.
