He looks like loan executor, hardened criminal, old sailor etc. You'd have to be less than sane to go against this hunk, even with a knife. Even in a clinch, very dangerous, lots of force behind knees and shoulders. As to headbutts, they kinda sorta work, but problem is, if you do not knock them out you maybe broke their nose or chapped the lip. Followup is harder too because when you're hitting you''re not seeing a thing. Compare that to a neck strike (dead or out), plexus strike (dead or out, winded), hard elbow strike (broken bones or maybe dead), knee (structure broken), kick inside the leg (structure broken). It is fast but not always effective. The other strikes are essentially just as quick, so why settle for less.

CIIR I agree with you, But sometimes you won't be able or nor should you pick your fights, but at times it will be inevitable that you meet up and come up against such quality as these guys so you do have to keep in mind that you will meet such people and just do the best you can and have training and luck on your side also. I have family members like these two and they are very intimidating and know their shit.

@alaingravel7 жыл бұрын

I’m 57 as well. Have been training and teaching old school Tae Kwon Do and coaching boxing since I was eighteen. I believe that supplementing ma training with a serious weight training program gives great results even in the later years. Maintaining cardio, flexibility and the integrity of your joints is essential at every age , but especially if you want to be game in your later years. Nice vid.
