Who pays to return an item, do you charge a restocking fee to cover your time relisting? And what do you do if an item is returned but not in the same condition you sent it out in? You can just screen capture your phone, save the image and add it to your editing program. I use power director and most video editing software is easy to use where you can add those screen shots in.

Hi Ashley. I'm enjoying your videos but my experience with ebay has not been to great so far. I'm hoping you can help me understand how to move past this and actually sell stuff. I've been researching reselling on ebay for a while and I was looking forward to making some extra cash. I started by just selling things around my house. The first item I listed started a bid war and reached all the way up to $510. After which I thought there may be something to this. I did some garage sale shopping and searched completed listings on ebay to see what sold and listed them all. Spent about $30, and had about $300 worth of value according to ebay's past sold items. In a week, the $500 bid turned out to be a scam, and literally all of my other items are receiving 0 bids or offers. I'm wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong and how I can fix this because I'm honestly really discouraged now.

Andy Sampson you put that someone else made it. You are allowed to sell products that aren’t handmade as long as they are vintage. Vintage is defined as being made in the 1990s or earlier. So just don’t post any items that aren’t vintage unless you handmade the item yourself.

Wow, thank you!! So I will usually just pre-treat the items with some oxiclean or grandma's secret spot remover, then I'll put it in a load of wash with other whites and add bleach to my washing machine (we have front-loading). Super easy! :)
