@@AmogusRijjler all systems bottleneck technically. You allways want the the gpu to be the bottleneck and you should be fine with that setup. It will be gpu bottlenecked for the most part which means you will be using 100% of your gpu and that’s a good thing. Exception will be very cpu intensive games.

Great PC, however the 6500xt is just a waste of sand, especially at 159 usd when there are rx 6600 cards for 200 +the last of us game. The Powercolor figher model is 220 ish if you are going for the aesthetics. The 6600 is like 70-80% faster than the 6500xt. If I was building a budget PC, I'd buy a used 580 8gb for 60$ which is better than the 6500xt. Or i would rather cut costs and go with the amd platform, the 5500/3600 for 80 usd and a b450 for 50-60 ish in particular and save approximately 40-50 usd and put them into a better gpu which is the rx 6600.

Yup. 5500: 86$ Arock Phantom 4: 90$ 16GB: 32$ NV2: 43$ Rx 6600: 200$ Talos E3: 60$ GX2 600W: 68$ Comes out to 580$, so it’s the easy choice right now indeed.

You can build a PC with a Ryzen 5 5500 (better for steaming/multitasking) and RX 6600, which will give you 40-50% the gaming performance for the same price… Just letting people know because prices are always fluctuating

I d suggest you check the benchmarks because that’s Not remotely true. The 6500xt with its latest drivers beats the 1660 super on gen 4 and is only 4 fps behind it when limited to gen 3

If you need higher returns due to overhead then you accomplish that via volume of sales and not gouging. >40% margins are not appropriate and you say that shipping adds cost but you charge for shipping on your site.

@@plasticbmw The 6500XT has, despite being cheap, not a very convincing cost per frame. It also only comes with 4GB VRAM and a terrible memory bus. It's generally considered a terrible card, even in terms of value. For just around 100 bucks more, you can get an actually decent card like the 6600XT or a used 6700XT, whose performances are in a different league. Putting the 6500XT in a "gaming PC" pre-built is a scam in every way you could look at it.

Interesting to get some insight into your business. One day I hope to start my own gamer PC business. One thing that worries me about it is warranty claims. I'm not a computer tech and don't want to get stuck with a problem I can't fix. I really need to save up some capital to be able to build stock. And I need enough room to do the building of PCs/storing the stock. Also here in Australia the computer market has been flooded with so much competition that banks won't back a PC business because they think there's no money in it. But I think for stylish PCs like yours there's money to be made.

Start small , your talking about bank loans but for flipping you don’t need that at first. But it will take longer. Take it from someone who has had a computer business that has failed. Don’t move too fast , don’t get in debt. I’ve made more profit flipping Dell optiplex’s than all new builds as well in my area. Find a underserved demographic in your area and aim for that.

Yo why did you use a $100 case for that though... You could get a Corsair 4000D Airflow, or a Lancool 215 below that. The latter comes with decent stock airflow too.. And for $100, you could put external fans into 4000D and that'd be solid...

Well it depends, I think the r3 2200g is dumb (only 4/4 cores and threads) but you can use it as a placeholder and upgrade later. If you can maybe lower it to 220 then yeah it sounds good but at 270 not super sure

I3 (12th gen) deliver quiet a punch for the price. Turbo clocks up to 4.3 GHz, base clock at 3.3 GHz, 4 cores 8 threads for 100$. Solid budget option. Though, i agree, who the hell buys windows
