Landlocked. The path to this land goes through someone else's private property. Also you would never be able to put a road through state or federal land. Best to wait until flying cars are common before investing in this land.

Soleros normally can't be disturbed unless you're installing a solar farm, then a permit won't be an issue.

I am from Missouri also. Specifically THE OZARKS. We plan to retire there but can't find a cheap enough plot of land. We only want 25 to 50 acres, but it's just getting too expensive.

Jack Rabbits for sure, I've always seen rabbits in this area. I guess some deer too but can't claim I've seen many.
