Thank you! Apologies for the late reply. This bridge is to the south of Kidderminster station, it is on a footpath that connects Stadium Close with the A449. I got to it from the A449 side, so not sure what it's like to get to the other way. The way I got to it had no steps, although it was slightly steep. It also takes some stretching to look over unless you're quite tall, that or if you have a set of steps or a stool! Hope this helps 🙂
