I have an inverter circuit Which uses Top226YN to power the entire circuit IC TOP226YN only works for a while and then overheats and stops I changed TOP226YN to TOP227 to increase power but 2 diodes P6KE200 and BYV26C exploded Please give me a suggestion to fix it Does it have any shorted components?

yes dear CEM DT-9989 is too much expensive due to its some features, but that features (like embedded oscilloscope function) as per my opinion it is not much useful. as it is 550$ price + shipping charges + custom & excise duties = it will be around 800 USD. so i think it will not a good decision select some good meter with advanced features like frequency, duty cycle, capacitance. it will too much. select in reasonable price (Less than 100USD) and select some oscilloscope separately it is my suggestion
