Happy Birthday to Koko! Love the morning view over the city and river. I'm getting a little jealous everytime I watch your videos. I use a moka pot, when I want to make coffee drinks that have an espresso base. Like Cappuccino or Flat Whites. And a siphon brewer for traditional coffee. I also have a french press which is a little larger for when I have family and friends over to offer them a cup of coffee.

About two years ago I got a V60 drip coffee setup. Even though I'm usually a) not a morning person and b) hate doing things that require me to slow down, making coffee by hand every morning with a V60 is my small daily portion of meditation and slowing down :) I think you might enjoy it as well. P.S. Of the three methods you *actually* mentioned, French press is the easiest way to get a consistently good cup of coffee :) Moka coffee can end up being very bitter if you don't pay 100% attention to it while it's getting made :) P.P.S. Love the colors and chill vibes of all your videos ❤

Your video is amazing, it feels like you have a full team of production when it's just the camera and tripod, amazing results. For coffee machine, I suggest slow pour, perhaps Origami Air dripper with Fellow Stagg kettle that is quite nice, then level up to espresso machine like Breville Bambino Plus is a good start.

I was born in HK and raised in Vancouver BC, but Florence is my absolute favorite city in the world, and it was so interesting for me to learn that's where you grew up! Your channel has provided me so much inspiration. Now I'm re-thinking if I want to return to work after mat leave. You give me hope that my house could have space for zen and comfort. I love the Japandi aesthetics but I'm too scared to buy anything light colored because I know my 3-y/o and 1.5y/o would destroy them!
