We recently filmed at "Komeko no Okashi Hana," a charming little shop located in my hometown of Hirakata City. Tucked away in a residential area, this small, cozy store was lovingly hand-built by the entire family for the owner, Hana.
Previously working as a professional patissier, Hana brings her expert skills to every treat she creates, with her chiffon cakes and cookies being especially well-loved. Due to her personal experience with food allergies, she specializes in offering "gentle sweets" made from rice flour. The desserts are not only visually adorable but also taste incredible, showcasing the care and thought she puts into each one. Since opening, the shop has become a local favorite, attracting a steady flow of customers who adore her creations.

I love that she scrapes up every last little bit of batter - there's no wasting of any ingredients! She's got a supportive family, a successful business, and a great demeanor and attitude. Hana San is a very talented young lady , she is very fortunate to be surrounded by such a supportive and❤ loving family . It is amazing the variety of produce she makes , and sells in such a small space . You can tell how well thought out the layout is from the fact tgat she could continue to work whilst you were filming 🎉🎉. A great asset to her community 😊

👍👍bewundernswert, wie effizient und sauber Sie auf dieser kleinen Fläche arbeiten. ...Und dabei auch nicht der kleinste Rest verschwendete wird. Das Ergebnis der Arbeit sieht insgesamt sehr gut aus. Ich würde dort in jedem Fall regelmäßig Kunde sein 😅 Alles Gute und weiterhin viel Erfolg mit dem Geschäft. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

@ Вы просто недопонимаете в силу разницы менталитета. Я прожила в Японии 20 лет. Там такого рода мелкое частное предпринимательство довольно распространено и пользуется уважением окружающих. К тому же у этой девушки прекрасная семья, которая помогает и поддерживает ее в этом деле. Где вы углядели одиночество?

Какая молодец эта девушка!Те ,кто вкусил её творения - счастливчики!Такая забота о людях,страдающих аллергией!Дай ей Бог крепкого здоровья!У нас в России я не встречала,кто бы пёк изделия из рисовой муки.И это очень печально.У нас нет безглютеновых полезных продуктов. I´m so very humbled and impressed. To be honest, I did not think the young ones today had the motivation to pull through such a tough job. Your so cute and your products can´t be better. No wonder the locals love your service. I live in Sweden as an Englishman, yet in England they have no real food culture at all. it´s mostly taken from other cultures. Yet here in Sweden it´s very similar to what you are doing, less cream, in fact less is more right! I wish you continued happiness with all you touch. Thank you for sharing your new life 🙏

I just found Miss Hana-San and I absolutely love her spirit and work ethic and her love for baking. I am a Senior Citizen, but if I could I would visit Miss Hana-San and learn how she makes beautiful cakes from Rice Flour and then I would come back to America and I would open my own shop in honor of her. Until then I will continue to watch Miss Hana-San's videos and wish her and her family all the blessings this world has to offer! Cheers!
