I find cleaning fun as a visual person seeing each area coming clean, looking at the cloth I'm using getting grubby. Then of course the whole outcome. Trying new recipes is fun. Like you also taking notes during lectures and readings. I don't have exams but assignment essays. So researching is fun and one way of knowing God and coming closer to Jesus.

You can get overwhelmed by small negatives through the day. After dinner, I write down three positives from the day. They don't have to be big ones, koko making you laugh, aa particularly successful bake, fussing the cat. Anything that makes you smile. It can be good to get your family to do it as well, and share them over the dinner table. It breaks the cycle of negativity and gives you a happier evening and better sleep. For your visual focus you could do a nice chart with it in for you, Koko and Turntle and it's sort of self-logging for the good things in your liffe allowing you to maybe focus on them more. More importantly, I love your pen.

To be honest, ido sometimes find January to be a bit melancholy because where i live, it gets dark as well as depressing. Here in Canada, i do get snow but these days, the weather gets warmer and it's not the winter type of feeling i was expecting for. Reading a book is also fun, i recently got a book this Christmas and i fell in love with it, talking about building good habits and breaks the bad ones. 😘 Your new vlog motivates me to do some stuff during the day and gives me a boost of energy too.
