I’ve got to get back to making my bed and getting dressed for the day regardless if I have meetings or not. I work from home too and have kind of let go of a couple of my at-home standards. I think it comes on because I set my sleep schedule/focus mode and when I turn off the alarm it pops up. You might need the newest iPhone update.
