I think that apartment is worth much more than 120 Million dirhams, since the quality and the location and also the height and the view, which I also find very important, all the service that is included, the owner will live like a prince, it is a nice apartment to start a family and raise the kids at that location, what I do think is a pity is that you and the cameramen / camerawoman, really went there like an F1, you should have invested a lot of time in such a beautiful apartment, and also the time the weather was not what most people are used to Dubai is familiar with Sun, so if you had chosen a sunny day, I think it would have been better, I want to give you 1 last tip, watch the videos from Enes Yilmazer, I wish you a nice evening.
