Thanks Kunal! Sadly I got sick with a brutal stomach bug the night of the race and was unable to race. On to the next one 🫡

Awesome video! I run with the Hoka Mach 5 and now the Mach 6. I use them for easy runs and workouts. Should I consider getting a separate shoe for workouts or races?

Hola Carbon X2 or 3 would be a similar carbon plated shoe you could race in. I’d personally opt for the Nike Vaporfly but a lightweight carbon racer for a couple big sessions before your race then to race in would be great. 👍

Don't you live at altitude? Altitude affects you less it you've lived up there for a while
@DrewMartig6 ай бұрын
Hi, yes I do live at altitude, but that’s incorrect. Your body adjusts to altitude after about 3 weeks by making more red blood cells and a few other physiological changes, but it doesn’t affect you less. The amount of oxygen your body is able to utilize is the same whether you’ve been there for years or if you just arrived. That’s why anyone who trains at altitude needs to adjust their training paces to account for the lack of effective oxygen available. Thanks for the question! ✌️
