I’m considering to buy a lot po kase sa Baguio but i saw your reply sa other comments na about an hour drive lang kayo from Baguio so i might consider buying a lot there po if wala akong makitang flat na lot for sale sa Baguio.

I’m considering it po lalo na’t i’m planning na gumamit ng solar roof to utilize the space above roof as I only want a bungalow which will use more lot space kaya mas malaki yung area na magagamit for solar roof which i prefer kaysa sa multi storey pero makitid. And super affordable pa ng lot kaysa sa Baguio which is good for future expansion. Thank you po ulit for alll the information. 😊

Dami ko nakuhang ideas for the house we are building next year! Unang-una yung sliding glass doors and windows na pina-tint for privacy - we also want sliding glass doors para maaliwalas and maraming natural light. Tsaka yung tiling in the kitchen, plus the layout of the masters bathroom as well. Congratulations to the homeowners for building a nice, low maintenance home ❤

Pero yong Interior nya Superb👍 talagang American design motif na sya, open space, layout ng kitchen, built in cabinets style, kitchen island, flat ceiling, ginamit na sofa, ceilng fan. Maganda ang kinalabasan, akala ko dahil gray ang kulay lalo na sa kusina ito ay madilim, hindi pala. Sobrang ganda talaga napaka aliwalas. Ang npansin ko lng lalo na kng may mga bata baka matisod don sa paa ng upuan ng dining table. At higit sa lahat npakaganda na pag ka house tour ni Sir Toledo malinaw at kuha lahat di malilito ang nanonood good job Sir. ❤😅

I like the continuity of the flooring throughout the house magiging cohesive talaga ang design. And yan na ang uso na island counter single height lang maganda po pagka gawa maaliwalas sa labas wraparound porch.

I love this CURRENT and MODERN open concept design of the home which gravitated in the US about 15 years ago. My first home (which was considered new since I was the first owner) was not an EXACT open floor plan back in 2001. Sold it and bought the open floor plan in 2021.

Best house I’ve seen in your blogs. The owners have very good taste. House is small but so well done. the ceiling simple but nice. Love the high ceiling too. High but not exaggerated high. Unlike other houses in other blogs, too much design & light colors. If I have to build a house in Phils, this would be it! So homey! I would love to see it again with the swimming pool.

One thing is not good, the electrical DB panel is inside the bathroom. Possible transfer the panel at the back wall, in the living area, then cover with big frame of painting.
