The First Nation's women I met never suffered menopause throughout their generations. Their traditional diet is animal meats with high fats, adding in the tiny fish, Eulachon's oil as well! Do you see how the government's fake science has disassociated us from the wisdom within the extended family and valuing our elders causing a deep loss in family's attachment relationships generational. Imagine a life where their wisdom guided us younger generations which would of cemented and ground us all in a life of known unshakable truth. My AS pains disappeared within 1-2 months, hormones balanced out, energy rose to stable and my joints are fully flexible with yoga and somatic stretches.

A year ago, I began a high fat diet. I did so to lose weight, lose my gut. That happened quickly.... but 4 months later, i had a rectal exam. I've had an enlarged prostate for 10 years. The doc, probably used to old men like me having an enlarged prostate, he loudly proclaimed, "your prostate is normal!" I then realized I was peeing like a yoing man. I got my testosterone tested, it is 437, which I was told is high for my age, I felt it.... Butter for breakfast.... hmmm... and I've a source of organic butter. Who'd think bacon and eggs as health food. My gal is a carb addict. I was one too. She tried high fat, but she cannot give up the reward of sweets. I'm going to have to watch this a few more times. Good stuff. I'm 72.

Ive tried many other therapies with no total success. I told my doctor that vegetables cause me intestinal bloating. Smoothies cause me constipation. No doctor I’ve seen thus far has seemed to understand hormonal issues. I am so encouraged to hear you explain the hormonal needs of menopausal women. Thank you for giving us answers. Thia interview was packed with information. I had a goitre at 15 and was put on iodine, but not told to continue with this, at 40 I had to have an emergency total hysterectomy after continual bleeding for 6 months and the doctors and the consultants were clueless. My health has been a nightmare ever since (I'm 65) 50 years struggling to find the answer to heal myself because doctors weren't interested except to put me on 9 lots of medication, which I dumped as they just made me feel worse and I felt my whole body was shutting down. When I got Dr Bright's book, I decided to do the iodine test, by putting a swab of it in the crease of my elbow, then decided I'd do both elbow creases. But when I looked back at the first elbow crease, it was completely gone, not even a yellowish mark, that was within 10 minutes, that's how depleted I was. I thought I was going mad and did it again, after a good sniff, and yes, it had been applied. I have no faith in doctors and haven't been to one for nearly 10 years now, just got sick of them telling me that whatever I had gone to see them with, it was because I was fat. Great interview, thank you.

Make sure you rest up a lot. Your body will be going throughsome changes for a while to reverse 63 yrs of habits. Drink distilled or reverse osmosis water a little bit through out the day, with a dash of good sea salt to help absorb the water. seriously consider cleansing your liver. This was another game changer for me. Bf I worked on my liver I found eating butter or any fat difficult to digest. Which made sticking to carnivore very difficult. The simplest way to cleanse is by rubbing a good amount of castor oil, its the only oil I've used that actually penetrates deep into the skin. Organic, hexane-free in a dark bottle, research brands) at least twice a day, three times if you can manage it. The liver is under the right side of the ribs stretching almost the whole length of the right side. Check eyes for calcium deposits (you'll know if you see small lumps), if your feet look like they've been run through a cheese grater, if you've got spider and vericose veins, acid reflux, hair is dry and falling out... your liver needs some deep love.

This explains so much for me. I was traumatized in every way imaginable, literally from in the womb. I've had thyroid, adrenal, hormone, and cortisol issues. I do try to be tactful .... but during intimacy, when it comes to that critical moment, my mind and body shuts down. A.great deal is emotional, and equally, trauma-injury related. I've done low carb, keto for 6+years. But I am transitioning to even lower carb keto, then ketovore, and my goal is carnivore. I am transitioning mainly bc I have keto foods in my house that I want to work through ...but already, in 2 days, I've eaten twice as much animal proteins and fats that usual, and very few carbs.

I think you’re underestimating your fat intake. Sounds higher than 50%. If you need more just add some olive oil or butter to your meat (especially lean meat like chicken). Be sure you’re in ketosis with this diet. The dark chocolate may be taking you out of ketosis if it has a lot of sugar. Some Rebel keto ice cream might be better (don’t eat much though - high cal). Or eat the chocolate before a walk/exercise so you can burn it.
@faisal-ca
@faisal-ca Жыл бұрын
@@BeefNEggs057 I don't eat chicken. Only lamb, beef, fish, eggs. Dark chocolate has 2 grams of sugar per 30 grams with 4 grams of fiber. Don't want to be in Ketosis. Higher protein content keeps my blood glucose at normal levels. I eat Keto ice cream from brand enlightened. No sugar in it. Not concerned about calories or weight loss. I have gained 10 pounds of muscles and will happily gain 10 more so I am okay with caloric surplus.

So I am going to try this diet starting today as I have Hashimoto’s, chronic Plantar Fasciitis which is so debilitating I can barely walk, no energy, overweight, wrinkles and sagging skin. I recently had a radical hysterectomy due to Cervical Cancer from the HPV VirusI which our bodies mostly deal with but obviously my immune system couldn’t. I’ve been listening to more and more scientific evidence from highly qualified specialists in favour of the Carnivore Diet. So I am off to the Supermarket and will check back in, in a months time hopefully I’ll have lost some of this horrible fat. Today I’m 70 kilos 167cm tall so not good.

The Plantar fasciitis improved by 80% and though it hasn’t completely gone I’m able to play golf and walk greater distances and the pain has gone now, just tenderness remains. In the first month I lost 4 Kilos (8.8lbs) my Thyroid medication had to be reduced, I was able to go off HRT without the terrible hot flashes, I sleep better than I have in decades. I can’t give up coffee like so many people have and am sure the weight loss would be faster as I like Cream but I feel so much better. I feel free from the addictions to sweets and cabs, its just fantastic.

sleep coma - I get that with any high histamine food (thanks, covid) and I have to be especially careful with meat preparation. Meats must be cooked quickly from frozen and leftovers then frozen. No meats from a deli or sandwich shop, no slow-cook methods, no refrigerated leftovers. It's gotten better over the past year, and I can eat a 24 hour leftover now. Also can handle a burger patty from a high-turnover fast food shop like 5Guys. But just yesterday I got a food coma from a cup of hot chocolate (1TB cocoa powder), whereas I can tolerate 1 tsp cocoa in HWC as a snack. Consider researching "histamine intolerance" and meat handling. God bless ❤️🙏❤️
