Thank you for addressing some of the pain points of working with clients. One topic that I'm curious about is how to work with a client's CPA. I've had only one experience with this. The CPA gave very vague instructions typically and it was all around a stressful experience.

I had the same experience with my client's CPA too. Completely ignores any of my emails. But then I started cc'ing my client to the emails I sent for transparency purposes, so she knows that I'm working on her books. When I include her in my emails her CPA replies in a day or two.

I find that it's best to speak the CPA's language as much as possible and to be confident when talking to clients' CPAs. Ask questions if you don't understand. Also keep in mind that many CPA's don't understand how to use QuickBooks and that's why their instructions can sometimes seem vague.

Hi Veronica, I'm about 98% onboard with starting a bookkeeping business. I really enjoy your videos and insights. What are you thoughts regarding Bookkeeper Launch? It's expensive but I read good reviews. I'm thinking I could use all the help I can get, since I have no experience in bookkeeping (tho' I worked mostly as a tax auditor for several years)......your thoughts?

Bookkeeper Launch has a great reputation. Many of their students are part of my online group in Facebook and they all say good things about it. It provides the training, support, and community that students need. They sometimes run sales, you may want to wait for a sale.
