5R55W VALVEBODY WITH SHIFTKIT

I have problem with my 5r55w body valve. slip at 2 gear to 3 gear. with OD light Falshing, Incorrect gear 3 problem, what the shift kit at body valve i must repair ?

Is this the one that eliminates the cold start thus giving the converter mote fluid

Hey man i’m about to cop a 2005 gt automatic with 100k. I’ve heard the 55r5 trans has some problems going bad between 100-150k for a lot of people. However some peoples have gone up to almost 300k. Obviously a lot of this is determined by fluid changes and how hard the car was driven..but the owner i’m buying it from said he’s never done a trans fluid or filter change. If i changed it first thing after buying you think I’d be alright? Or is a 100k trans that’s never been serviced a ticking time bomb?

Did the shift kit fix any issues with the trans? I have the 5R55S trans in 2003 Lincoln LS and it shifts very harsh from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd

it has a flow control valve in the pump the factory valve sticks and can cause low are no line pressure and no movement also fixes high epc pressure that can cause harsh shifts

what was the torque for plate bolts?
