Hey so like after how many days of plaster on, you got to remove the plaster? My ortho suggested 3wks but i certainly don't have patience 😅 also what type of fracture you had ? Hairline fracture on 5th metatarsal ?

I kept my plaster for exact 4 weeks. Yes it’s hairline fracture but I took it way to casually so it got bit serious ☹️ take care and do as per you doc advise

The bone is broken from anterior side But it is intact from posterior side

I am also going with the same phase , since I got my jones fracture on 5th of august and it's been more than a month and my bone is not healed bilkul bhi heal ni hui h and I am afraid what will be my condition, will I able to walk or not and I am also afraid of the surgery as well.

I had it way earlier July 15th I have removed my cast but I am still limping and after removing the cast my right calf foot toe everything is maybe because of the not having proper blood circulation.

can you show in ythe next video how to walk on that cast with sole and shoe. I think your toes look very pretty dispite your cast😘

Ah I have actually removed my cast last week I do not have the footage of walking with a cast. But yeah it’s just the way you walk not that difficult. Toe condition after removing the cast sucks dead skin..😅
