Professor, I setup the circuit and it runs, but my output voltage is 13 volts not the 5 volts. Do you have any sussections?

Hi Danny...I got my old laptop repaired and it is working fine for now. To share the simulation files I use gdrive. You can find the link in the description of the video. Please raise the request and I will grant you access. As such I have not created any created and drive for Q&A. Thanks Danny me and my family doing well.
