Personally don't think Cell needs a Zenkai, he just needs a solid team. A new support Regen unit and his potential is there Blu Zamasu for the tank Cell as damage Whoever the new supports would be. Plus Android 21 being his best zenkai buddy.

Honestly the Trunks and Mai look fun sadly I don't have them on higher stars but I did get Rosé Ultra and I was wondering who his best support his. Like Future Gohan or the Free to play Trunks. Since I currently do a set up of Zamasu Blue, Vegeta and Trunks Tag and Ultra Rosé all of them getting Zenkai. As well I would say the Trunk and Mai with the Vegetas would be a great video to see, just to see how much damage they do.
