He messed around with Laurie and Angie, who were his friends' sisters, stole a girl from Fez, and are you really gonna tell me that if Donna came up to him offering to have sex, he would decline? Not to mention, the countless moves he's made on her. Sounds to me like the "code" is only important to Kelso when he's the one getting hurt. Plus Hyde kept quiet throughout Kelso's numerous affairs so I'm pretty sure he's earned the right to get together with Kelso's ex whom he never gave two shits about.

the main thing that pisses me off about the beginning of this season is how hypocritical donna was acting. i guess eric’s reaction was normal because he never liked jackie even towards the end. but donna was doing too much and never minded her own business. it was also annoying how kelso was acting like i get that him and hyde were friends before they met jackie but there’s no way he actually cared about her that much because all he ever did was cheat on her. they’d break up, he’d get her back just for him to cheat on her again. so im glad jackie never apologized and honestly hyde shouldn’t have apologized either. all in all: donna’s a horrible friend. she’s the worst character on the show. and this was just an excuse for me to complain about her 😌
