Colonel Murphy was in charge of the rocket sled tests at NASA. The g-force tests for the astronauts. Basically a jet engine strapped to the back of a chair on a railroad track. The wiring for the sled was all the same colors, and one day the tech miswired the sled. The astronaut was killed. Colonel Murphy was quoted as saying if something can go wrong it will go wrong. That is Murphy’s Law. He had the wiring color coded from then on. He was not pleased that his quote was taken to the level of a lighthearted interpretation in everyday life.

Or possibly even got the short block from a scrapyard and just threw it together (without checking anything below the heads to save time and gaskets of course)
@n10cities
@n10cities 4 жыл бұрын
@@jojomorgan8556 Well, if they had used another short block with its own crank (and not the one from the original engine), then you would think that they should not have had an issue with the bent reluctor wheel (unless of course it was also bent on the second engine as well). If you recall, the original incident impacted the front of the oil pan and damaged the aluminum windage tray on the bottom of the block along with the wheel in the process.

Watching in October 2020 . 1. Wife and I started our first business in January and I became extremely ill . Bed ridden for 10 days starting the 1st day we open . 2. March , state ordered lockdown for two weeks . 3. July , my father , family and I all caught covid . Back into quarantine . 4 . August , father passed (he rode in my truck with me ) 5. Found out recovering from the Chinese "its just like the flu" , is far from easy or quick . In total , friends , family , and acquaintances accounted for 45 positive tests with ... 5 buried . 2020 , yeah. You think it can't get worse , then it does . I keep thinking , "can we just get to 2021". But I get this sneaking suspicion that 2021 is not a picnic , either . Hey Billie , have you ever done a breakdown on 7.3 , 6.0 , 6.4 , 6.7 , in last year or two . I watched your older video on the topic . What I'm curious about is your ongoing , evolving knowledge concerning the topic and Ford's development changes in 6.7 .

That was a long time ago and since then I stopped paying anyone to do any simple services on any vehicle I own.

I love this kind of Trouble Shooting. In the Marine Corps to get Helicopters going, we would have "jumper harnesses" already made, to ensure we did not call the incorrect part bad. You can imagine in the Marine Corps if you call a part or harness bad, or some repair and it does not fix the discrepancy, it is a bad day all around for everyone involved. In combat operations, it is even more important to do correct solid maintenance. These gentlemen sure do. Also, this applies to any and all types of equipment to include support equipment.

Mikey reminds me of the Doctor that played in the series “house” years ago. The guy that could figure out the most unique human anomalies. My mother was Polish. It wasn’t just the Russians and Germans. Poland has been a battleground between the east and west for centuries. The Poles gave me my knack for languages. I guess the ones that learned the latest invaders new language the fastest wound up surviving more often!

Process of elimination, that means you eliminate what doesn’t need fixing until you find out what’s broken and why or how. I’d say that was a noble effort and a solid job, never give up and let it sit for 3 years.
