Thank you so much. The wealth of truth in Job is amazing; I'm astounded that little of the truth in the book is taught and so much of Job's complaining is taught and passed off as truth!

God is merciful and kind and God destroyed Sodom and Gomorah. God destroyed the earth with a flood. This may seem like a contradiction but these are both true. God is the just judge who owns it all. He opposeth the proud and gives grace to the humble. He's not called us to meet out judgement- that's His job. We aren't better than He is when we treat others with mercy; we're simply doing the work He gave us to do. Our job is not the same; our roles are different. One is not more righteous than the other.
