at time 8.35, 3 point estimating, is two parts, beta and triangular estimating. One you are going over is triangular one, but in exam default is beta. Thanks for gr8 videos, amazing content.

hi David, thank you for your great video, I have noticed a mistake that I would like to share with you at part 3:35 the correct Beta estimating (three points estimating) is: O + M+P / 6

Close - the beta or PERT technique is (O + 4xM + P) / 6. So it's an average of 6 items, it's just heavily weighted to the "most likely" estimate 🙂
