6.4 Powerstroke No-Start (Air In Fuel)

6.4 Powerstroke Cab & Chassis has a no-start condition from air in the fuel due to a bad fuel tank diverter valve.

Whatever happened to the hand or manual splitter valve in the floorboard along the out side of the drivers seat. I had a 66 ford F 150 got rid of it in 92 never had a problem with that valve

hi, i hope you can help me out,i have no fuel pump pressure in my 2008 f250, I replace high pressure fuel pump still not start.

Hey guys I got a 2008 6.4 diesel and I’m having a similar problem so I did a similar test for you disconnect the pump put it into a bucket however the truck will run when I bleed the air out of the system from the top but when I shut it off it sucks more air also when I step on the throttle the bolts on the high-pressure fuel pump goes down the fuel pressure goes up to like 15,000 psi and I don’t 5000 psi and 1.25 V so tell me a very confusing guys get any ideas let me know please
