තැපැල් ඡන්දය බලාගෙන දෙන පොරොන්දු.. රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මූලික වැටුප රුපියල් 20,000 ක් කරන බව කියන විට සජිත් ප්‍රේමදාස 25,000 ක් දෙන බව කියයි. රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ රුපියල් 55,000 ක අවම වැටුපක් දෙන බව කියන විට සජිත් ප්‍රේමදාස 57,500 ක් දෙන බව කියයි. ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය අරමුදලේ ගිවිසුමට අත නොතබනු කියූ රනිල් සහ හර්ෂද සිල්වා දැන් කියන්නේ ඔවුන් එය සංශෝධනය කරන බවයි. බදු අඩුකළ හොත් රජය ගෙනියන්නට සල්ලි කොහෙන්ද ඇසූ රනිල් මෑතක කියන්නේ PAYE බද්ද 36% ඉහලම කාණ්ඩය 24% දක්වා අඩු කිරීමට IMF කැමැත්ත ගත් බවයි. මොවුන් මේ සියලු පොරොන්දු දෙන්නේ රාජ්‍ය සේවකයාගේ තැපැල් ඡන්දය බලාපොරොත්තුවෙනි. වැඩිම මහජන මුදලක් කෙටිම කාලයක් තුල කාබාසිනියා කළ ජනාධිපති.. ලංකා ඉතිහාසයේ වැඩිම මහජන මුදලක් කෙටිම කාලයක් තුල කාබාසිනියා කළ ජනාධිපති හැටියට රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ ඉතිහාස ගත වනු ඇත. මෙවන් නාස්තියක් මීට පෙර දැක නැත. 2024 විසර්ජන පනතින් (Appropriation Bill) ජනාධිපති වැය ශීර්ෂය හරහා පුනරාවර්ථන සහ ප්‍රාග්ධන වියදම් ලෙස රුපියල් මිලියන 6,601 ක් (පුනරාවර්ථන රු.මි. 3,773,150,000 + ප්‍රාග්ධන රු.මි. 2,828,000,000) වෙන් කරගත්තේය. 2023 ට සාපේක්ෂව 2024 වැය ශීර්ෂය 77.8% කින් වැඩි කරගෙන ඇත. ඉන් අනතුරුව 2024 මුල් කාර්තුවේ තවත් මිලියන 200 වෙන් කරගත්තේ විදේශ සංචාර සඳහාය. රනිල් අනුප්‍රාප්තික ජනාධිපති වී මාස 14 ක් තුල විදේශ සංචාර 14 ක් ගොස් ඇත. එම සංචාර සඳහා සජබයේ මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් කිහිප දෙනෙකුද රැගෙන ගියේය. මොවුන් සඳහා ගුවන් ගමන්, නවාතැන්, කෑම බීම සඳහාද මුදල් වැය කළේ බදු ගෙවන අපිය. ඊට අමතරව ජනාධිපති වරයාගේ වියදම් සඳහා යැයි කියමින් වෙනත් වැය ශීර්ෂ මාරු කොට තවත් මිලියන 8,750 ක් සඳහා පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ අනුමැතිය ගත්තේ පසුගිය ජුනි මාසයේය. මේ සියල්ල එකතු කළ විට ජනාධිපතිවරයා මේ මාස 09 සඳහා රුපියල් මිලියන 15,551 ක් වෙන් කරගෙන ඇත. රනිල්ගේ වියදමින් බාගයකින් කළ හැකි දේ.. ජනාධිපති රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහගේ විසර්ජන පනතින් වෙන්කළ රුපියල් මිලියන 6,601 න් 50% කපා හැරිය හොත් ඉතිරි වන මුදල රුපියල් මිලියන 3,300 කි. මෙම මුදලින් රටේ සාමාන්‍ය ජනයාගේ සුබ සිද්ධිය සඳහා කළ හැකි දේ බොහෝමය. රුපියල් මිලියන 5 බැගින් වැයකොට මගී බස් රථ 660ක් ධාවනයට එකතු කළ හැක. මිලියන 10 බැගින් පරිඝනක තාක්ෂනය ඉගැන්වීම සඳහා විද්‍යාගාර 330 ක් ගොඩනැගිය හැක. රෝහල් වල තිබෙන විශාල ප්‍රශ්නයක් වන්නේ දැඩි සත්කාර ඒකක වල ප්‍රමාණවත් ඇඳන් නොමැති වීමයි. එමනිසා රෝගීන් විශාල අපහසු තාවයට පත්වේ. ඒ අනුව ජනාධිපති වැය ශීර්ෂය 50% කින් කපා දැමුවහොත් එක් ඇඳක් මිලියන 1 ගණනේ දැඩි සත්කාර ඇඳන් 3300 ක් සපයා දීමට පුළුවන් කම ඇත. චීනයේ දැඩි සත්කාර ඇඳක මිල රුපියල් ලක්ෂ තුනක් වන බව සැපැයුම් කරුවකු ප්‍රකාශ කළේය. ඒ අනුව ලංකාවේ සියලු දිස්ත්‍රික් රෝහල් සඳහා නවීන පහසුකම් සහිත දැඩි සත්කාර ඒකක කීයක් නම් සෑදිය හැකිද? ජනාධිපති අමතරව වෙන්කරගත් රුපියල් මිලියන 200 සහ 8750 එකතු කළ විට 2024 රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ සඳහා පමණක් අප වැය කරන මුදල රුපියල් මිලියන15,551 ක් වනු ඇත. මිලියන 15,500 ක් එක් පුද්ගලයකු නඩත්තු කිරීමට මෙසේ වෙන් කළ ද, රජයේ සේවකයන් වැටුප් වැඩිවීමක් ඉල්ලු විට මීට මාස කිහිපයකට පෙර රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ කිව්වේ වැටුප් වැඩිකිරීමට නම වැට් බද්ද 22% කළ යුතු බවකි.
