Aftermarket trans means aftermarket trans or valve body installed. For folks who may not know. Middle setting is stock trans with tuning. Bottom setting is no trans tuning.

Well done young man! I especially liked the lack of profanity. Everything you did was to the point and well explained. 😀👍 I just did the install on my 2016 cummins 2500. You answered a lot of questions for me. I’m not sure where you got yours, but mine was from unlimited performance. Not pleased AT ALL! Absolutely no instructions and poor communication. I also thought the price was a bit high. Total cost was $1750. The tuner runs $1200, the block off plates run around $100. I opted for the straight pipes non stainless. So basically the two four foot pieces of pipe ran me $450! Ouch! God bless my friend!

Yes you can. You touch the screen and pick the switch screen and have all tunes and the real time program mode as well.

im a little late to seeing this video so im not sure if ill get a response lol. But do you find that it is jerky when shifting gears with the race me ultra? i just put it on my 2019 cummins and did the engine and transmission tuning and it jerks when shifting gears. Just want to know if im the only one.

I’ve installed this delete kits on all my work trucks as well and they all do the same. It doesn’t allow the trans to float gears it’s either in or out. It’s supposed to make the trans last longer as far as all my research had said. I have a 2018 for a work truck and it’s above 200k miles and I pull trailers on a regular basis and no trans issues.

No I have a different setup. I believe you would run ctt tuning on efi live... I’m not 100% though. This controller has its own tuning setup.

Great vid! Quick question. On a 2020 6.7 delete, what do I do with the EGT probe located in the flex-pipe? Just disconnect it?

I’d probably try unplugging it. The ones I’ve done had the egt probe in the exhaust manifold, so I’m not 100% sure. I would definitely unplug it if it was me… but I’m also not a professional.

I’ve got 96k on my 2017 with an Aisin transmission. I deleted my last truck and loved it. I’m considering doing this again but it’s much harder to find someone to delete everything now. I’m not sure I can do this myself. My last delete, I found a really good back yard mechanic and it was a lot easier since my old truck did not have SCR to remove. Did you find it easy to do your own deletes?

Oh absolutely. It’s definitely pretty easy to do it. I’ve deleted 4 trucks now (my personal and 3 work trucks) and it’s just takes some time but it’s pretty easy. It looks super complicated but it’s really not.

So the aftermarket transmission setting won’t hurt your original transmission??????? Will it save it longer or short life ???

So the aftermarket transmission tune, it is supposed to raise the pressure and does not allow the trans to “float” the gears. It essentially makes it so it’s in or out no in between. It makes the trans last longer.

Yes I have 35” tires and you you set the size in inches and it does the rest and it’s good to go!

Hey man I've been sharing ur vid. And watching with buddies. I've got a 16 ram 3500 I'm ordering 5"stainless dpf exhaust and the plate kit from them aswell. And race me ultra tuner. At around 40 sec u light up the tires! Looks sick as hell! What else have you done for it to roll coal like this also what kind of blow off valve that's a must for me. I'm all stock currently but have been wanting this setup for almost 10 yrs. Let me know please and thanks!

It’s a higher hp tune pushing more fuel. It won’t smoke when in a lower tune (0-60hp tune) anything higher will with my set up.

I was getting 14 city and Highway stock. And everyone I’ve talked to here where I’m from has about the same (+\-2) stock. Only heard of the 3.0 eco diesel getting that kinda mileage.
