Just have a c section. No problem. My daughter was 9 pounds 7 ounces and I had her natural. If the placenta is in the way it will either move or just have a c section.

She can have a c section, she doesn’t have to end the baby’s life. As a woman that IS also in the medical field, so glad he told her that they can deliver the baby c section.

I'm very surprised this woman wasn't told to quit work & put on restricted activity- even complete bed rest or even hospitalised. I spent over four weeks weeks in hospital on light activity due to ruptured membrane at 27wks & there was a whole ward of women, like myself, in there because of a high risk - mostly placenta previa. Some women spent a couple of months in there. The risk of bleeding out before getting proper medical attention is very real.

My 5’5” very slim little sister gave birth to her second child, and he was 10lb 4oz, and she did it naturally. This headline is rubbish and as others have mentioned, they just give you a Caesarian section to deliver the baby

What a sick way to cloud the truth. With placenta previa, the placenta usually get pushed out of the way when labor starts. If not a planned c section is performed.

Usually doesn't account for all cases, it depends on how far over the cervix it is. There is most certainly an increased risk of hemorrhaging as well as the baby getting caught in the umbilical cord.

My mother in law was an average sized woman and had a baby that was 12 pounds 8 ounces back in 1965 in rural Australia. My ex was 10 pounds 6. She had them both naturally too the poor thing
