I watch your vlog in the morning as I have my breakfast. Your beautiful imagery and music set the tone for me. Some days I can feel a bit frantic so I sit and look at the trees and listen to the birds sing. Then I start my daily routine, tidy kitchen, make bed, dress. Wearing lipstick and a spritz of perfume make me feel good, even if I stay home. After working in an office for over 40 years, I am retired and slow mornings are my favourite time of day. I no longer need to rush out the door to catch the train. For me it's about quiet, slow, calm as I plan what to do for the remainder of the day. This is bliss. Wishing you a wonderful week Jen. 🌼

But I always enjoy a cup of coffee and snuggle with my dog before leaving for work. And we usually watch one of your videos or a similar slow living video to set the day off right. Hi Jen ‼️ Well, i'm a morning person too, even on my days off, i wake up early and the first thing i do is drink a cup of coffee ( I'm a coffee lover too ). Today i cooked my favourite Sunday's meal, spaghetti with minced meat and feta cheese ( feta is a greek brined white cheese, usually made from sheep' milk ).
