I don't know if u have came caramel in usa as I don't live there but if u immerse a can of caramel in boiling water for about 6 hours u get caramel. Or, the easier option, in a pan put unsweetened condensed milk and brown sugar!

it doesn't set if you leave them room temperature, but if you put them in the fridge it'll go harder but not as hard like a chocolate bar it will still be soft

She was using compound chocolate (no cocoa butter) so yes it will set at room temp.

The chocolate and caramel tarts are perfect my daughters youth group has a big sale coming up and they both need something to bake I think the tarts are great the caramel and the chocolate will do both adult and kids versions will do thank you very much for the share
