Aloha Patrick. I was holding my breath throughout the video and SO glad you did not mention the town I stay in on O’ahu. #keepthecountrycountry

@@PatrickLongleyOahuRealEstateWell I don't know about the other person, but personally I'm from Sacramento. I have a family member moving to Oahu and I'm trying not to be jealous. is it great weather there all the time? And people go to the beach all the time? If I ever moved there I could probably only afford a condo or rent a tiny space maybe

Pacific Palisades to Honolulu (no traffic) usually averages about 25 to 30 minutes as it shown in the video takes about 8 mins from Palisades to the bottom of Pearl City. Then another 15 to 20 mins from there. I would not consider it upper Pearl City that would be homes above Komo Mai near the high scbool. For Mililani Mauka, you generally get a smaller lot, smaller home about $100k to $200k more than on the Mililani Town side. The images of the mall are not of any in Mililani shopping center, they are images of Ala Moana Center. For Kapolei, there is no Sam's Club there as they are two only in Honolulu and in Pearl City. But there is Home Depot and Walmart. Kailua is definitely not a local town feel. More geared toward tourists & visitors. I cant comment on Hawaii Kai, hardly go there. Strange that a realtor with 10 years of experience would present some incorrect information.

I grew up in waipio near kipapa elementary school in what is now milillani. It was a great place to grow up. It was surrounded by pineapple fields with a lot of open areas. If I move back home from California I would move close by to wahiawa where I went to high school at leilehua high and intermediate. It’s a small town but it’s got nice weather and it’s centrally located.

@@theroadrunnerjarhead4109I have a relative moving to Hawaii and I'm trying not to be jealous. So, is the weather always good there? Do you get to go down to the beach everyday? LOL

@@kbanghart as far as the weather it’s off and on. There’ll be times when it rains pretty heavy and mild. There will be localized rain where it’s raining n Honolulu but not raining on the windward side. Then it will r rain moderately or heavily and rain for one or two days at a time. I would that’s although the temperatures during summer get in the 80s or 90s it does get pretty humind. It up to the person whether they can go to the beach every day.most of the time it doesn’t rain every day. But during winter months it can get down to the 60s or even 50s. I hope your friend likes it.
