Hi, I’m wondering what class of flight is comfortable at low cost. Did you fly premium economy or first class?

@ogundeleolamide5948 economy on Sri Lankan Airlines and then again economy on Qantas Airways. But I am 5.1ft tall and my belly isn't so big so I was comfortable. I recommend premium economy for other airlines.

If long haul, get more legroom, aisle seat so you can get up whenever you need to. Stand every few hours. go to the bathroom walk stretch. Stay hydrated. Sitting for a long time can cause edema and increases the risk of blood clots.
