U got cheated bro, 71lkh for this house is too much, the interiors are sub par, especially that brown mica behind tv and kitchen cupboards are an eyesore. Tried desperately to integrate too many unnecessary elements into a limited space, what a waste of money 😢

It would be pertinent if along with the cost, you gv a fair idea of the time involved for plan sanction, water electricity permissions, construction, landscaping etc. it’s just a suggestion coz I follow all your videos. Can similar be constructed with terakota tile finish? Cost wd go up or down?
