As usual for Justin, priceless yet free guidance for those of you who, as I was, are caught in the crosshairs of the US Department of Justice. If you fail to engage Justin and his team, then you must be either a knave or a fool. As a lawyer myself, I assure you that the guidance of White Collar Advice is more valuable than your counsel's, with all due respect to the white-collar defense bar. White Collar Advice taught me how to craft an effective character letter, which was imparted to my best friend and my physician. I submitted only TWO such letters, and I am confident that those two letters alone created in the mind of my judge a favorable opinion of me. DO NOT WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE TO HIRE JUSTIN, as I did.

TY for this. What I didn't know, sentencing in the AM, (4 pm now) & I didn't realize I needed to get this in two weeks ago. Anxiety is an understatement--signed, 70 yr mother of a drug offender, 78 mos recommended by probation.

Hi Justin. We spoke several months ago. Now I am up against the wall so to speak. I wanted to let you know the audio on the section of this video where Mr. Santos is engaged in dialogue with the federal judge is not audible. From you section of the audio portion of this video to the Judge and Mr. Santos portion I am not able to hear the dialogue between the Judge and Mr. Santos... :(
