Thank you for this info Nanelle, in the aspect of visa being denied due to employers fault or mistake, some weeks after I submitted my biometrics, I got a mail from my employers stating that my previous offer letter was an incorrect one and a new one was attached. That it has been brought to their notice. The repayment of fees plan was three times higher in the previous one. I thanked them and also explained that I already submitted my visa application and gone for biometrics and cannot make any changes anymore, they responded that I should not do anything but rather wait for my visa, about 2 weeks later, I got my health and care visa which was successful.

Everything said is true because I was a victim of salary threshold issues on my first attempt but God been so good it was corrected immediately by my employer so I applied a second time and I got the visa. Thank you for this info Nanelle. I made a mistake while filling my form as I answered YES instead of NO when asked if I have provided evidence of my English language ability in a previous application. So before my biometric appointment date, I went to swore an affidavit to correct the error and also attached my IELTS results but I never stated why the mistake was made. Meanwhile the affidavit headed line indicate that it was meant to correct an error made. Hope there is no issue pls? Thank you
