Mr wallace after watching this video I believe now is the time for me to begin my Collaboration journey. As a complete beginner I'm fortunate that an opportunity has come up at work for me to explore the field. My question to you is: Do you have a suggestion on lab equipment on the CCNA level? I will begin with the CCNA Collaboration then I want to do R/S then CCNP collaboration then R/S, CCIE Collaboration you guessed it, R/S then I want to go back through the Security tracks. I want to follow along with lab equipment that matches your topology in your CCNA Collaboration Video Training Series which I have already purchased. My goal is to be able to go in to work and being able to function without looking like the newbie that I am.

So regarding CUCM and its Express relative (CUCME), are you saying only the CUCME has a GUI that you can login into? The CUCM only provides CLI?

Hi Kevin, I have watched lot of training videos, but yours are the best.... Its very interesting with full packed of information in comparatively less time. I have two queries. First query: In this video, I see you have not mentioned UCCX and included Telepresence. However in your another video "Building a CCIE Collab Lab", there is no information on Telepresence. Second query: I have already my CCIE Voice Lab setup. and I am assuming that I can cover 90% of Collaboration objective via this Voice lab and for Collaboration specific objectives, I will join a bootcamp or a rack rent. Is my assumption wrong?
