Hi, Thanks. No, you actually need an adapter. you could bring one or buy it in Baku since it actually doesn't cost as much, and I believe we bought one piece for 5 manats only.

Everything is easily accessible in Baku... Public transportation is cheap, also taxi, all taxi companies have apps
