These all look great! I think the one with potatoes and curry is the most interesting for me. I don't get a chance to use S&B curry powder often enough!

Unlike my former~, got to know that cooked eggs goes truly well with beef. 1st one is really good to feed student-baby. It can be served rice with gimchi or cucumber dish or yellow pickled radish 24hours any time. ❤Thanks for teaching methods of Instant-making as named stir fry. Can eat warm dish maintaining. Sea foods, Pork and mung bean sprout or bell pepper are ALL excellent. 5th & last one are gonna also if with bread, it'll be delicious.

Is the seasoning amount different when replacing the meat with tofu?

Basically, the same amount of seasoning should be used, but since tofu soaks up flavor more easily than meat, you may want to reduce the amount of seasoning a little.
