The recipe that keeps me buying tuna every month or so: -2-3 cans of tuna -cream of mushroom (to taste, i use 2/3 a can) -bit of soy sauce -bit of salt & pepper (mix all that in a bowl) -a tube of those pre-cut crescent rolls (spread those out on an oven safe pan) -put a big spoonful of the tuna mix in the middle of the crescents and roll them up (i find it easier to wrap it up gently into a rounder shape) -bake on 350° for 12-14 minutes. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy you can add stuff if u want it’s flexible!!!

I suggest you try tuna mixed with diced green onion, minced chili peppers, garlic paste, softened cream cheese, soy sauce, pinch of sugar, salt and white pepper. Stuff inside wonton wrappers, deep fry OR stuff inside inside dumpling dough steam then pan fry. This works with tuna, shrimp, smoked fish or even mixed seafood. Don't forget the dipping sauce. The Golden rice and Tuna pancakes are something I must cook. Thank you I have been watching ya'lls videos all day. I keep wanting to learn more Korean Recipes. Most of what I cook is Northern Chinese. So adding diversity to me sounds fun!
