Tip #7 Use a container that has a very smooth inside and flat bottom to reduce bubbles. Your stirring stick hitting even a small texture will create bubbles.

G'day I have WS 105 epoxy and im thinking do some outside hangrail and finish it with epoxy so basicaly it will be on sun, rain, snow, frost Is it ok to do so, Will it work Will it peal od crack Thanks

No. It won't mix it thoroughly enough.

There are multiple additives to make the epoxy thicker. West Systems makes 405 fairing compound that can be mixed to a putty like consistency or thick syrup. Also you can add Phenolic microballoons, or polyester fiber.

What if I put hardener twice amount, in 1:1 ratio instead of required 1:2 ratio

Don't do it. More catalyst reduces strength. Stick to the proper ratio, which is 1-5 with WestSystems 105 resin and 205 slow hardener.
