Six really fine trumpets are played here: In order a Bach Stradivarius 43B(ronze) bell, then a Bach Lightweight Body with a Lightweight 43 bell, then a Bach 37 bell made in Sterling Silver Plus (it's 99.9% so it's essentially a solid silver bell), then a Jaeger Custom, a Scodwell Classic, and a Yamaha 8335 Xeno.

The yamaha ytr-8335 xeno sounded the best. It was soft, warm, and sassy. It stood out against the whole lineup.

Rob, I have to say this Yamaha is a very nice player. I prefer Strads at the moment, I have several (3 different 43 bells [one sterling-silver plus, one bronze and one lightweight brass), 2 37's, a 72*) but this Yamaha IS impressive. :) Thanks for commenting!
