For acne you need to watch your diet, fish oil supplements with vitamins can help clear skin, good skincare routine and finding a moisturiser that stops inflammation and blemishes. Ma re honestly the best thing for me whenever I had dandruff was I would only shampoo like 2 times a week. Wash my hair with water really good everyday but only shampoo like 1-2 times a week because it would really dry out my scalp (even head and shoulders). For acne I jus workout a lot (to sweat) and only use water (products dry out my face and I have sensitive skin to moisturizer) and I just eat healthy and take vitamin supplements and that helped my skin A lot
