I wake at 2 or 3.... im active most of the day....i journal to start the day. And..Before bed to remind myself how grateful i was for this day.... i bless my food and eat at my table..... i enjoy my screen time. That's where i found you. ..i practice gratitude as said b4... Seems i am doing ok. Thank you I've achieved this in spite of some personal challenges ❤
