It was such an exciting thing to do!! I mean, I was worried about getting back to the airport on time and whether there would be traffic and if 6 hours was enough...FYI (for the US peoples) you do need a visa, so plan accordingly! It was fabulous. Definitely want to go back. It was really pretty there and I kind of found Ho Chi MInh to be really doing its own thing... like less western-focused compared to places like Bangkok and I really loved that. Loved the scenery. Loved everything. Ok except the 98 degree thing. It's fine. I'll deal☺

Loved this. I have been to Vietnam twice and it is always on my to-return list. Such familiar sights and sounds. It was explained to us when we were there that for a period of each year Buddhist monks (and Maybe others) eat only vegan. That is why restaurants have lots of vegan options. Thanks for your layover tour!

OMG! Vietnam is on my list! First Taiwan, then Vietnam for sure. I am reading Nguyen Phan Que Mai's The mountains sing: a novel. It's about Vietnam. Such a beautiful book! It must be such a beautiful country! I really want to visit Asia asap!! Thank you for your videos, they really make me dream of going there one day 🙂

Always enjoy your travel vlogs. So many little streets with charming, green vistas visible in the distance, and so much fresh produce on display everywhere in the near view. Thanks for bringing us along!

Thank you thank you😊❤ I love wandering around new places and little streets are the best!! My one regret -- I should have bought more jackfruit chips😂 I finished those really quickly (perhaps too quickly...)

Cute layover. I would have done the same, focused on trying as much food as possible. But man, the stress of going back to the airport on time...yikes.

It's so true 😂 I was really nervous about time but I'm glad the city was somewhat close to the airport ❤
