Yes I agree but I think the video went a little too fast with the transitions (ha get it because the video is about transitions 😂) to the next shot because I felt a little lost after every part. I think slowing down the video to 0.75 speed will help those who feel the same way.

Love this tutorial. I know this was probably a "quick and dirty" but here's a tip to enhance these shots. For better composition on the shots where the subject is moving from side to side, keep the subject in the same relative area when the shots transition. For example, we have the 3 shots with the strafe blocking transition. 1st shot: subject on the left walking right. 2nd shot: subject in the middle walking right. 3rd shot: subject on the right, walking right. This way it tells a story since the subject has progression.
