one regret i had when playing football (high school only...but did have the opportunity to play college)...was to eat healthier during the season and more off-season. i know that now...and i would tell that to my younger self. so that would be my advice to active athletes. plus,always stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and keep your body flexible by stretching! :) keep up the great videos/work Deion Jr., Darius, Neely...and the whole team!

Buddy should be in a 4 year paid electrician apprenticeship, in the field, earning his license, while getting paid to learn the job and the industry if he wants to be an electrician who owns his own electrician company.. Not paying an institution for 4 years to learn, while not getting any experience in the actual field. Just a smarter way to go about that path, but everybody goes their own path. Good luck!
