Been transitioning from my RV12 ULS into a newer RV12is. Love the electric flaps and of course the console throttle. I only wish it had a Dynon system. The Garmin learning curve is more than I thought it would be. A great plane though. KAPF

You can't beat the flight characteristics of an RV-12. As for the Garmin panel, you'll get used to it quickly, I'll bet. There's a lot of information there on display. I have configured my PFD to display less than all available, opting instead for a simple replica of the standard 6 pack. That's all I need.

Thanks for the video. Have you ever flown out of cartersville? A CFI named been methvin is based there. Hes well into his 80s and still teaching. Awesome fellow and super interesting to chat with.
