Avoid Refined Sugar and Snacks - Keep them out of the house to avoid temptation and reduce calories easily. 5. Keep Meals Simple - Have a consistent, healthy lunch each day (e.g., chicken and sweet potato) to stay on track without thinking too much. 6. Exercise for Fun - Do activities you enjoy a few times a week (sports, cardio, etc.) to burn calories and improve insulin sensitivity. 7. Stay Consistent, Not Perfect - Aim for a 6,500-calorie weekly deficit to lose ~2 lbs per week. With small, consistent changes, you can reach your goal in 3-4 months without extreme measures.

I drink my coffee with sugar, does this break the morning fast? Or it doesn’t really matter because it’s light?

It does break your fast and the effectiveness of the fast, but calorie-count wise it's not that much. You're better off breaking the sugar habit though. Just try the next few coffees without. Once you wean yourself off the sugar though you truly will not miss it. I used to have 1tsp sugar in mine but stopped and cant stand it anymore. Many say the same. It's a habit and if you break it you will reap great rewards.
