I bought VU 50 TV from Lulu 2 years ago, Recently it remote got issue due to our rough usage, called customer care, the executive was not so good however their technician came home next day with a new remote, he was very helpful and cooperative, remote costs me around 600 and gave his number for any help later. I am very happy with VU I use Obage HT144 for additional sound backup

Hi all, I was a VU customer. Bought TV on 2018. After 2 Yr Led panel got damaged. They didn't replace the panel. I understand that they have no parts production for old products. Bad customer service. They charged for service, but didn't solve the issue. Now the TV is useless. It's an budget friendly TV, have good picture n sound. But if any issue will happen there is a chance to regret. So pls buy the VU TV after know the service area too.
