നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടിലും vu tv ആണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ 9 years. ആദ്യം 2 month ആയപ്പോകംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് ആയി ഇത് അവർ വേറെ തന്നത.

എൻ്റെ VU 43 4K Smart TV തൃപ്രയാർ Ymall ൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങിയത് വാറണ്ടി 3 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ കേടായി. VU ൻ്റെ സർവീസ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ വന്ന് നോക്കിയിട്ട് പറഞ്ഞു. ഡിസ്പ്ലേ കംപ്ലെയിൻ്റ് ആണ് നന്നാക്കാൻ 20000 രൂപ വരുമത്രെ. 1000 രൂപ മുൻകൂർ അടച്ചിട്ടാണ് TV നോക്കാൻ വീട്ടിൽ വന്നത്. എൻ്റെ 1000 രൂപ പോയത് മിച്ചം.

Mam you are using Small mini crystal stabilizer for your large 55 inch TV, plz change that get Crystal Plus for 55inch, i was also considering to buy Smart TV, LG is best but costly whereas VU Cinema tv is budget friendly still in 2 mind which tv should I settle down!!

If you can able to afford then LG is the best option otherwise VU is a good option. They are also customer friendly. And the onam season sale is nearby You can use that also

The remote of my Samsung TV 55 inch Ultra HD TV bought in 2022 became faulty just after 1 year guarantee period. And the TV turned to black screen last week while watching TV. The customer care is deplorable. Even after assigning the technician for the work none landed so far. I don't know what to do. Better don't go for such brands.

They don't even give response properly to the customers query. thats why i changed to VU and i sincerely saying u that they gave much importance to customers query and gave a proper reply. LG 2013 വാങ്ങി 10 വര്ഷം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഒരു\കുഴപ്പമില്ല പിന്നെ ന്യൂ വാങ്ങി അതും ഇഷ്യൂ ഇല്ല സോണി lg സാംസങ് 1-2 ഡേ സൊല്യൂഷൻ കിട്ടും ഇതുപോലെ ഉള്ള ബ്രാൻഡുകൾ കിട്ടിയാൽ കിട്ടി. ഇതിന്റെ ഒക്കെ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ വാറന്റി തീരുന്നതോടെ പാകത്തിനാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്‌ ഏന് തോന്നും എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ട് എടുത്തു 3 വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു മാസം ആയപ്പോ പോയി. 2-3 പേര് ആയപ്പോ mi മോട്ടോറോള vu പോലെ ഉള്ള പ്രോഡക്ട് സപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യൽ നിർത്തി

Vu ും same ആണ് വാറൻ്റി കൈയാണ് നോക്കി നിൽക്കും , കേടവാൻ...you are lucky. Hisence and TCL നല്ല brands ആണ് ,international, so colour calbration almost to top brand like sony. Hisence U7K very good, mini led tv top brightness ആണ്. (Price compare ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ആട്ടോ Sony ആയിട്ട്.)otherwise Sony 👍. രണ്ട് TV അടുത്ത് വെച്ച് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് ശെരിക്കും pic colour വിത്യാസം മനസ്സിലാവുന്നത്..അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ok.
